The anticipated kiss between Seo In Guk and A Pink’s Jung Eun Ji aired on tvN’s Reply 1997, but proved to not be as romantic as imagined.

On July 24, the first two episodes of Reply 1997 aired, bringing nostalgia of the late 1990s and the heart-fluttering feeling of first love to the audience.

In episode two, Yoon Yoon Jae (Seo In Guk), who is childhood friends with Sung Shi Won (Jung Eun Ji), narrates that they are now in their second stage of advancement and he wanted to check if this strange feeling between them meant they were more than just friends.

His way of checking?

Yoon Yoon Jae kisses Sung Shi Won.

But unfortunately for Yoon Yoon Jae, Sung Shi Won did not share the same feelings.
