The votes have been tallied, and Big Bang has taken the title of enewsWorld’s K-Pop Star of the Month for June!

Big Bang battled it out with Kim Hyun Joong and Girls’ Generation (SNSD)’s Yoona last month, and although the girl group member was in the lead on Twitter with 1,688 Tweets, Big Bang blew its competition out of the water on Facebook, garnering more than 1,300 ‘Likes,’ with the combined total of Tweets and ‘Likes’ making Big Bang this month’s winner.

As the winner of June’s K-Pop Battle, Big Bang will advance to the final round to compete for the title of enewsWorld’s K-Pop Star of the Year, so stay tuned with us and remember to vote for July’s K-Pop Star of the Month between 2PM′s Wooyoung, Super Junior′s Leeteuk, SNSD′s Hyoyeon and Psy now.
