After wrapping up promotions for its second-album and title track Spectacular, ZE:A will be returning with a new single album.

The ZE:A members will enjoy a brief break before returning to a new round of activities with the release of a new single album, Phoenix on August 27. The new single album will drop in two versions in Korea and Japan.

A total of five tracks will be included in the new album including title song Phoenix, an R&B version of Aftermath and more.

Star Empire said, “In Aftermath’s promotions we focused on the lyrics and the dramatic performance to show ZE:A’s mature expressions of emotions but in Phoenix’s promotions we will showcase what many consider as the most representative aspect of a boy group- the sharp-as-knives group dance. We put into the new song ZE:A′s message of wanting to fly, without giving up, to the skies just like an eternal phoenix.”

The agency added that the concept for Phoenix in Korea and Japan would be specialized, with different album jacket covers to appeal to the fans of each nation. ZE:A will begin promotions for Phoenix in Japan on August 24.
