While the world continues to reel from the shock of Haha’s surprise wedding announcement with Byul, netizens have already spotted evidence the couple may have already been planning the marriage as early as April.

Previously in April, Haha appeared in the celebrity documentary series KBS’ Star Life Theater. During the episode, Haha went to the home of his close childhood friend, Park Geun Sik who had recently gotten married.

While eating dinner together, Haha then blurted out, “I want to get married”, then proceeded to reveal the two childhood friends had made a promise that if one of the two would get married, the other would have to marry within six months.

Though Haha was off by a month or two (Haha and Byul have set their wedding date for November 30), this would mean Haha had more or less kept his marriage promise with his friend showing the sneaky Haha may have already had wedding bells on his mind long ago.

Or perhaps, just a coincidence?
