They say blood is thicker than water.
But we say, to heck with that!
Instead, our motto for this week’s K-Pop Battle is “anything goes” as we pit idol star sisters Jessica and Krystal against each other.
Yes, this is really happening right now.
We’ll admit, it’s totally cute that the Jung sisters finally released a duet track together, but we also know that K-Pop fans are fiercely loyal when it comes to their favorite idol stars, and we want to know who you’d choose when the competition gets a little too close. We’re talking sisterly close.
Just be glad you’re not mom and dad.

Jessica
Big sister Jessica began her career as one-ninth of K-Pop’s crown jewel girl group Girls’ Generation (SNSD) when it made its debut in 2007. And while you don’t need us to tell you about SNSD’s achievements, Jessica has managed to make a name for herself outside of the group as well.
She most recently starred in KBS drama Wild Romance, where her kiss scene with costar Lee Dong Wook was quite the talk the around town.
We’ll let Jessica handle the grown up kiss scenes, but she may be better off leaving the baseball pitches to kid sis Krystal.

Krystal
Following in her big sister’s footsteps, Krystal made her debut with girl group f(x) in 2009. But that may be as far as the similarities go.
If Jessica’s image is the picture perfect girly girl, Krystal is the cool, rebellious tomboy who could moonlight as a runway model.
But beyond her looks, Krystal has proven her talents not only as a singer but as an actress as well in sitcoms More Charming by the Day and High Kick 3.
Speaking of High Kick 3, what say you of Krystal’s version of SNSD’s Gee?
We have no idea who’s going to take the title this week, but if Jessica and Krystal were to ever face off in a staring contest, our money is on Krystal, that’s for sure.
So, who will it be: big sis or little sis? Vote in our K-Pop section!
