Superstar K4 contestant Roy Kim is continuing to prove himself as the exemplary um-chin-ah (that perfect kid your mother always compares you to).

Recently on an online community board, a user posted a picture of Roy Kim from long ago in his elementary school days.

Titled, ‘Roy Kim′s still hidden past”, the picture showed a chubbier and younger Roy Kim with glasses who is listed as ‘sixth grade, fourth class school president’.

Included next to his picture was a self-composed poem which revealed his regret at graduating and leaving his school.

Already gaining intense attention for his good looks, musical talent and bilingual skills, the unveiling of his past has further cemented his status as the ultimate uh-chin-ah as netizens commented, “What can’t Roy Kim do?” and “Wow, he’s like the ultimate ideal type any girl’s mother would want their daughter to marry.”
