Kim Jeong Hoon will be hosting Fuji TV’s Korean music chart program, Gaon TV.
Filming will start on January 9, when Kim will join 1,000 of his fans in Yokohama for a public shoot.

After the news of his new MC spot broke out, various media outlets in Japan requested interviews, and so prominent media outlets such as the Yomiuri, Mainichi, Asahi, Sankei, Sankei Sports and Nikkan Sports will be covering the issue.
Gaon TV is a program that airs Korean music charts and music videos based on ranks by Korea’s Gaon Chart. Kim will be hosting the program entirely in Japanese.
Through his agency on January 5, Kim told enews, “I’m feeling the burden as it′s an important role that can introduce our popular music to more people in Japan. I’ll work hard to become a medium through which more people will learn about the Korean wave.”
Gaon TV will air on TBS Fuji and Fuji TV.
