With Kim Gura’s leave from the entertainment world, the ‘Kim Gura figurine’ has been gaining attention.
On May 14, MBC’s Radio Star released photo stills from its most recent filming on its website. The featured guests were Huh Gak, Seo In Guk, Son Jin Young, and Goo Ja Young.

Kim Gura, a previous host of the show, had canceled all of his activities when insensitive comments that he made back in 2002 on his internet radio show became a controversial issue in April.
The four remaining hosts, Kim Gook Jin, Yoo Se Yoon, Yoon Jong Shin, and Super Junior’s Kyuhyun continued filming, but to fill up Kim Gura’s empty space, the staff prepared a small figurine instead.
Discovering the figurine, netizens commented, “Kim Gura will gain more strength after seeing this,” “I’m so touched by the staff’s intentions,” and “I wonder what Radio Star without Kim Gura is going to be like.”
