Retail therapy has suddenly taken on a whole new meaning as Super Junior has been selected to be the honorary ambassador of the 2012 Seoul Summer Sale, the city’s biggest shopping event of the year.

Not only will visitors to Seoul be able to enjoy discounts and deals at a number of department stores, duty free shops, restaurants and more, Super Junior fans, in particular, will be excited to learn that for the duration of the one month event, which kicks off on June 29 and ends on July 29, fans will be able to find the members’ faces splashed all over the event’s website, guidebook and discount card.

The 2012 Seoul Summer Sale is being hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government as part of its “Visit Korea Years with Seoul” effort.
